Netflix PiP ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that enables Picture-in-Picture functionality on Netflix. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension does and does not collect.

Data Collection

The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data whatsoever. Specifically:

• No browsing history is recorded
• No information about what you watch is collected
• No account or login information is accessed
• No data is sent to any external server
• No cookies are read or written
• No analytics or tracking of any kind is used

Permissions

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions solely to deliver its core feature:

• scripting — used only to trigger Picture-in-Picture on the active Netflix tab when you request it
• activeTab — used only to interact with the Netflix tab you are currently viewing
• contextMenus — used only to add a "Picture in Picture" option to the right-click menu on Netflix

These permissions are never used for any purpose beyond enabling PiP.

Third Parties

The Extension does not integrate with, share data with, or communicate with any third-party services, APIs, or servers.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
